The collection of photographs presented here are showing how I made the exhibit panels, object labels, the rough draft layout of the exhibit and the final steps of putting the exhibit together. The final exhibit is in the exhibit case in the National Guard Headquarters at the Museum of Missouri Military History in Jefferson City, Missouri. Shoutout to my little sister Carly for helping me install the exhibit because I could not always reach the back of the exhibit case and she could.
The pictures below show me making the exhibit panels and labels. I used adhesive paper to attach the label and exhibit papers to the foam board. I used the flat iron press to activate the glue on the adhesive paper and then cut out the labels and panels. The finished exhibit labels and panels get Velcro put on the backs because the exhibit case has carpet for the background.
The pictures below show my brainstorming before installing the exhibit into the case.
